Training

Our team comprises training experts who can support your training requirements whether in-house or outsourced. We can manage Training programmes from inception to delivery, including scoping, sourcing, scheduling, resourcing, delivery, accreditation and evaluation. Project Management Office

One of the most critical factors for a successful project delivery is an adequate implementation of project management. Beyond standards and methodology, the Project Management Office (PMO) will participate in the Strategic management of the Project either as a facilitator or actively as owner of the Portfolio Management process. Tasks may include monitoring and reporting on active projects, document control, Project management planning, compliance, risk control, issue management and change management. The PMO can also get involved in document design and review processes, or take responsibility for training and Occupational Health and Safety.
